Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://docs.albumfiler.com/onboarding.md). # Onboarding ## Installation How AlbumFiler is installed depends on where you downloaded it: * **Mac App Store**: If you downloaded from the Mac App Store, the **AlbumFiler.app** will be placed in your **Applications** folder. * **Gumroad**: If you purchased AlbumFiler from Gumroad, double-click on the Disk Image that you received and drag the **AlbumFiler.app** icon on top of the **Applications** folder alias. ## Welcome The first time you run **AlbumFiler**, you will go through the onboarding experience. This is where you'll configure **AlbumFiler** for use with your Mac.
