New Album

Create a new album underneath an existing folder or be under the root-level of the My Albums folder in Photos.

Parameters	Description
Album Name	The name of the album to create.
Folder	The parent folder. Leave blank if you want to create a root-level album.

Returns	Description
Boolean	True if the album was created successfully, or error if not.
