This section configures how AlbumFiler operates before, during, and after performing its actions:

Before Action

  • Default Action: Choose the default action from opening, importing, adding selected media items, starting a slideshow, or doing nothing. Nothing will happen if you try to perform an action on an item that does not support such action (i.e. a folder cannot start a slideshow).

  • Pressing Enter in search: Choose what happens when you press the Enter key in the search field. AlbumFiler can either perform the default action or focus on the results table.

During Action

  • Currently, AlbumFiler does not perform anything during the action process itself.

After Action

  • Keep AlbumFiler open after filing: If you want to keep AlbumFiler open and active after performing an operation, check this box. Otherwise, AlbumFiler will disappear after you perform an action like opening an album, starting a slideshow, or importing files.
